Can't see and have experience with what hasn't been produced/shipped yet. Appearing in print ≠ to being readily available.
Can't really see anything too different about this model besides the bbl profile anyways. A Hawkeye with a heavy bbl, 2-stage trigger and Hogue stock...all black and call it "tactical". Nothing I'm jumping for but then again, I don't like synthetic stocks and the whole "tactical" nomenclature is a turn off.
my only gripe with that review was the fact that he failed to mention when talking about the ruger safety that in the full safe mode it blocks the striker from moving, he mentions it blocking the trigger and the bolt being locked but no mention of the striker being blocked. a small oversite but it's there just the same.
