Most of us don't use the number model info,, but the description nomenclature to know what guns we are talking about.
Example; SSM4FS.
So,, which gun are you seeking, because we don't have a list of the model numbers?

I bought one last year, and up until a month ago they still seemed available. Have you checked with a local Sportsman's Warehouse?
