I know I am sure I have my terms off, but I bought the MKIII hunkter (stainless) well because all my other guns are plastic and I wanted the feel of a all metal with wood grips.

I am noticing that the lock at the top of the grip which will hold the bolt open is starting to scratch into the main part of the gun itself..

If this doesnt make any since I can post pics, but I am wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a fix?

I have a stainless Mk111 Hunter, and I don't care what other people say about the Mk111s, I like mine.
I pulled the left grip off mine and it looks like you could get a small screwdriver or something in there to pry the bolt hold open lever out just a little bit so it won't scratch the gun. Don't go too far, all you need is the thickness of a piece of paper.
