MKII Govenment Target - test target

Did Ruger keep records (maybe a photo copy) of the test targets that were shipped with the Government Target MKIIs? Say you bought a used one but it didn't come with any of the original paperwork, could you call up with your serial number and get a copy of the test target?

Ray, I really doubt it, no reason to....and this was only in the 'early' days of the so called "government model, laser sighted days..." they tried to tell us they "were select, premium barrels, parts and set up..." but in the long run, to us, the regular production guns were just as accurate, in the hands of a GOOD shooter...so may have been more "psychological"??
