MK II .22 R.C.A. Collectable

I have this Ruger MK II, NIB with a letter from the R.G.A. dated August 4, 1979 signed by Leonard D. Friesz. Nobody that I have talked to has ever heard of this gun so I guess what I would like to know, is it a real collectors item?
Would have put up a photo of the engraving but cant figure out how.

Welcome to the Forum...is this a fixed sight Mark I?? not a Mark II< as they did not come out til 1982...I think you have one of them RCA Chamber Seal guns...yes a picture would help, as well as the serial number. I do not have one as my wife sold all of hers many years ago, before I ever got a digital camera.......... :roll:
