I'm confused and the more I read I get more confused,I think I'm stoopid, if I read correctly both opponents were born biological female, the one people are saying is a man is actually a female with maybe a medical (condition) that causes her to produce excess testosterone
Yeah, something like that is the way I understood it.

It looks like the Algerian and the Taiwanese boxers are both XY males genetically according to this article:

They may have some form of AIS, but I don't think they have complete AIS, so will have an advantage due to testosterone:

This is a long but interesting study:

More interesting stuff on this. although it is an older article:

In Thailand, where they have lots and lots of 'ladyboys', they can fight Muay Thai, however, they have to fight men. Even if they have had surgery for a full sex change, born a man, fight men. Nong Toom has been champion of several different leagues fighting men.

Those AIS people need to be turning logs and stacking cross ties at a sawmill. Not boxing. Years ago my Father would have been proud to have them work for him at his mill. Instead I had to do it. Learned a lot and put on some extra muscle. Once saw a guy stacking lumber whipped with a live snake. Tough bunch.

Girls born with XY chromosomes are genetically boys but for a variety of reasons – mutations in genes that determine sexual development – the male characteristics are never expressed. They live their lives as girls and then women, and a few can even give birth.

Problem is they do not have a greater bone density ,lung capacity and skeletal strength which leads to severe injury when competing with men.

I'll bet the snake wasn't having any fun either.

Hey idiot, in the sport of boxing, the idea is to hit your opponent in the face hard enough to knock them out. As far as I know, there is no crying in the sport of boxing, especially Olympic boxing. If she was stupid enough to get into the ring with a man, then she deserves it.

Besides, he/she didn't appear to be larger or heavier than her. She just couldn't take a solid punch in the nose. As I said before boxing was not her sport. She lasted a few seconds in the fight. Two punches was enough for her.
It was a MALE, claiming to be "female" however test had proven that HE WAS INDEED a male and he had been banned from (cant recall the organization) because his DNA PROVED he was mail. He (IT) should have never been permitted in the ring as a 'female". There has been the SAME problem in Female sports in high school in track if you do a bit of research. Born male surgery does NOT change the muscles or anything else.

I have seen some women put up on heck of a fight in boxing, kickboxing, and the martial arts. Do not sell them short as the men in these competitions did not always win. Female Martial arts skill often beats out brainless male brawn. Even a large man semi-skilled in martial arts can be badly beaten by a women who is very skilled in martial arts.

I personally find these competitions far more interesting than man on man or woman on woman. And I enjoy seeing misogynists go nuts when they see a woman beat a man. The more doubts the man may have about his own masculinity on the subconscious level the more agitated and enraged they become when the woman beats the heck out of man.

I once saw a street fight when one hulking male bully thug decided he was going to beat the heck out of two tiny women. In the flash of an instant the women who was the smaller of the two women laid him out cold on the pavement. All it took was one kick to the groin and a flash kick to the head and and ambulance later took the male thug away. I bought both women drinks at the bar that night. I jokingly asked the queen of the fight if she would escort me out to my car that night as I had been threatened earlier in the evening by a gang of thugs which both women witnessed. Both women escorted me to my care and the one asked for my phone number. It was a very successful night.

By the way the 'real reason" I asked to be escorted was because I did not want to get into a gun battle with the thugs who outnumbered me even though I was sure I could outshoot them faster and more accurately. Legal battles in court I could not afford. The thugs had witnessed the women take on the other leader thug earlier and this cowered them considerably. There is no coward bigger than a swaggering bully as I have witnessed many times in my life. I took great pleasure in seeing them all cowering down in front of two little unarmed women.

I might add in a street fight you do not fight fair you fight to win anyway you can as the women proved that night. I once saw a women throw some kind of powder right into a male thugs eyes and then a quick kick to the groin laid that guy out as well.

I once read about a lady cab driver that was kidnapped at knife point and taken to a remote place to be raped and murdered. The mad man even took away her glasses. Well guess what, that little mouse gun the .25 acp that the macho men like to denigrate saved her life as she pulled it out of her bra and blasted him off his feet. He did not survive. So much for mouse guns being worthless and anemic, not if you can shoot straight. That women would laugh in your face if you pretended to be an armchair know it all ballistician and tell her that her .25 acp was useless.

In our town 3 thugs attacked a lone man outside a bar one night. He shot and killed all three with a .25 acp. One shot apiece. Try and convince that man a .25 acp is worthless.

Remember the gun that is most convenient and comfortable to carry will probably be carried all the time and the big bore 50 magnum will more than likely be left under the seat of a car or home in the drawer. Reality on the street is often very different than the baloney you read in the gun rags.

And now for the most fantastic story you will ever hear. J.A. Hunter reveals in his book "Hunter" when in the Ituri Forest hunting with the pygmies he saw a spitting cobra hit one of the trackers right in the eye with deadly cobra venom. The hapless man was then screaming his head off when two other pygmies jumped on top of him and held him down while a 3rd pigmy urinated right into his burning eye. Several hours later much to the astonishment of John H. the man seemed to have completely recovered.

Disqualified from a 2023 world event because of carrying the "Y" chromosome. Genitalia and gender may be female, but biologically male. Bigger, stronger, more muscle mass. Cheating. The "Y' ends any discussion- not that the IOC cares.
You are wrong but are entitled to your opinion.

According to the Cleveland Clinic article I quoted, a complete AIS person will look like a female, although taller, but they will not have female reproductive organs (uterus and ovaries) inside them and thus cannot give birth.
