We just completed this matched pair of Blackhawks (well, almost matched...the basepins are different but that's by design).

327 Martin Meteor

375 Atomic

The pair

Left - 327 Martin Meteor, Right - 375 Atomic

Home-built 327 dies

Great looking pair and nice match up on the grips. I bet they shoot as good as they look!!!

Lee,

They look great :D I'd like to see how the die lock rings work. I need to make one for my RCBS .500 Linebaugh sizer die.

Brian

Mike - Jack Huntington extended the gripframe and made the panels.

Brian - the lock ring on those dies is pretty standard. There's a set screw drilled into one side.

If anyone is interested in the calibers, Lee and his father developed those and do all the work putting the revolvers together. As noted above, they also make the dies for handloading their ammunition.

You can see an example of their work in the "sticky" in the Revolver section of this site about the 44 Special conversion of an old model Ruger 357.

You can also go to Lee's website at http://www.singleactions.com and read about all the calibers this dynamic duo has created over the years.
