Hello . I'm new here in this great forum. It looks like right place to learn and chat for fun.
I just got Ruger Mark III hunter and need some advices of what to buy in order to clean the gun.
I've looked at Brownells web but there are 10000 rods, oils, solutions etc.
Please help me to choose the right stuff.

I have used Ballistol which is a CLP and has worked great for me. Recently I have been using Eezox which is a synthetic lubricant. Eezox is also a CLP and leaves a dry surface lubricant. For the first application completely disassemble your pistol and thoroughly clean out all the grease, oil and dirt, using only Eezox. Then wipe dry and apply a this coat of Eezox. Check out the web page http://www.eezox.com.

Hope this helps.

Eezox looks very good to me.Which rod , snacke etc will be needed?

Some folks love bore snakes and others will have multiple reasons why you should not use them. For all of the reasons not to use a bore snake, I have never seen anyone show evidence that they were harmful. Because you use so little Eezox a rod and patch is probably the best.

I use a brass rod and bronze wire brush only after a lot of shooting - like 5000 rounds or so. The rest of the time it's the brass rod, plastic tip and an oiled patch. Welcome! Hope you enjoy it around here :)

There's no way you'll ruin a bore with a patchworm (http://patchworm.com/patchworm.html). I suggest you order the rifle-length "rod" as a bundle. Solvent and lube is up to you; even kerosene and motor oil work, if you didn't have better options.

Even though they're based in the same state, I'm not affiliated with them nor get any kickback; just passing on info. on a great, inexpensive, product that I've used for a few years.
