I got my first Mark II. Stainless 5.5 bull barrel today at a gun show. Looked a little rough, but it all came out with a little polishing. Came with a B-square no tap, scope mount, and a tasco red dot. Paid a little too much for it, but it was about the only thing that really caught my eye, that I wanted to have. Gave 425 out the door. But it's in about 90%-95%. Is the b-square mount worth anything. I probably won't use the red dot, as I prefer iron sights on a pistol. All I can say is that this thing will probably replace my MK III Hunter as a new range favorite.

Nice! You didn't pay too much if it was worth what you paid for it to you.

Well in hindsight, the mount is worth 60 dollars new, and the red dot is probably about 50-60 dollars. So you figure I got the pistol for right around 300, give or take. Something about those mark II's that I just love. I must've walked past that guys table 4 or 5 times. A friend from work picked up a standard in shooting condition for about 150.

Check the classifieds here. A member was recently LOOKING for a B-Square mount. It's at least a week or two ago but hey,, you might could sell it to recover some of the expense.
