MAGPUL American Hunter .308 Trigger Adjustment

I just sighted in my new Ruger Magpul Hunter in .308, I love this rifle....

I tried to take it apart to adjust the trigger but failed.

I also have a Predator in .223. Getting to this trigger was a matter of loosening the two 3/16" bolts and the action comes right up. Very easy.

The MAGPUL HUNTER STOCK is just a bit more involved.

I could not find a video at Youtube University and wading through the videos on the Ruger website is painful.

I removed the two 3/16" bolts, pinched then removed the magwell.
I removed the four screws ( two on each side ) and nothing apeared to move and then I thought to myself, "You don't know what you are doing", so I put it all back together and came here for help.

I am looking for a link to a video or the next steps from where I left off.

Yes thank you for that. Magpul stock is not part of the American family or detailed in the manual…….the light just came on….i will contact MAGPUL. THANKS.!!

Well, recumbent, your post was the first thing I saw when I woke up and helped me solve my problem. I did indeed go to the magpul website!
