Hello I just joined.
I have a modest collection of Ruger single actions.
I have the Magnaport Safari Cape Buffalo, Elephant and Rhino and I just bid on a Lion.
I am looking for the Cheetah to complete my set.
Before he passed away Bob Munden did a complete custom on a 41 Blackhawk for me which is butter smooth and shoots like a laser beam.
I have a Colt Python my wife bought me for Christmas in the late 90's and the Munden tuned Blackhawk is smoother and tighter. I was in process of sending another Ruger to him when I learned of his passing. He was famous as fastest man alive but very few people were aware of his amazing skill as a pistolsmith.
I have shot rabbit and Javelina in Texas with it with great success.
The 41 magnum is one of those cartridges that never made the big time but it is my personal favorite.
Any how, if anyone knows of a Magnaport Cheetah I'd appreciate letting me know.
I heard Larry Kelley made a small run of 60 or so Dall Sheep revolvers?
I'm interested in all Ruger single actions custom magnaport etc.
Same thing re: Bob Munden tuned Rugers.
