Yes.
If you get an older MKI or Std or Red Eagle,, you may have to move the follower button to one side or the other.
The only mags that don't interchange in these older guns are the single slotted ones. They don't allow you to swap it over to be used in a later model.

Starting ca 1971, Ruger went to the A100 grip frame, so marked on the grip frame. Click here and go halfway down the page for more details. The later mags can be switched over to fit in the older guns, but not vice versa.
