I like HP-38 for the plinking/midrange applications as well. I much prefer it to my old standby, Unique... But that's just me.
FYI, FWIW, and all that: W231 is the same as HP-38. According to one source, they come out of the same nozzle at the factory.t-reg":19u0rghq said:Just started using WW231 in .44 special. It's now my fave midrange powder in that caliber along with 200 gr hard cast RNFP's.
