Just browsing Lipsey's site and noticed some revolvers had "DISC" in the model info.

SINGLE SIX 17HMR 6.5 SS DISC
10662

SIN SIX 22-22MAG HUNT 7.5 DISC
0662

SUPER BLKHAWK 50TH 44MAG DISC
0815 7 1/2" BARREL

"DISC" mean discontinued? :?:

I emailed them a week ago about 2 SP101's they showed as "disc". 3" .38 and 3" .32H&R. They promptly replied that the disc means discontinued and that they did not have them in stock. She did not specifically state that it always means there is no stock, just the 2 I asked about.

Huh, well, guess the SS Hunters are done then. :(
Well Ruger still lists them and they aren't a Lipsey's esclusive so I wouldn't be too concerned. Looks to me like Lipsey's is just going to stop carrying them.

Being listed online doesn't equate to them not being discontinued. Can't see them not carrying a specific model within a brand either. Got mine but it's a fine revolver to see go.

I just got off the phone with Ruger and they tell me the Single Six Hunters are NOT discontinued. I was getting nervous. 8)

I think they discontinued the Ruger Single Six Hunter .22 LR (only) and have reintroduced it with the .22 LR & .22 Magnum cylinders. It's an improvement in my book....
