Just curious . . . if the letters are completely identical with the possible exception of the date, what's the problem with two letters?

Well, I sent in 5 different Ruger pistols @$10 each.So I'm missing 1 that I paid for and didn't get.

I called yesterday and talked to lady, she didn't have the extension to the people that does the letter of authenticity. I did send a email too , putting letter of authenticity in the heading telling them about the duplicate.How long does it usually take to get a response?

The lady answered my email back.Her name is Linda.She said I had wrote down a serial number down twice , and she should had caught it .
I said no, I should shouldn't have wrote it down twice and I should have seen it. Anyway, she is sending me another letter on a different pistol.
She is a very nice lady.
