Wow, those lites are really looking good . I see me buying those here in the future . Question is which one......... There are quite a few out there .

No longer wears the cheapo dot. OEM sights were better than anything I tested. MKIII 22/45 with Volqartsen internals and a MKII hammer and bushing to eliminate the magazine safety. Trigger pull is about one pound, 6 ounces on my gauge. Custom burled grip panels came off eBay years ago.

Well, I'd like to include a pic of my old 22/45 chore gun but it's not as pretty as the ones above. I got it used (and CHEAP) because the previous owner's dog had added a fair amount of 'random stipuling' to the grip(meaning the dog chewed the heck out of the grip). Later, there was an incident involving attempting to shoot a possum behind a shelf unit that ended with a bullet hitting an aerosal paint can giving the front of the pistol a spritz of 'posting purple' makeup. Then I got into trapping and the old 22/45 began an even worse stage of life. Regardless of all it's inglorious incidents and scars, it's still able to put it's bullets on target as needed.;)

Is anyone familiar with this threading? I picked this up this spring, no info about it. I'm guessing it's not factory offering. Seems to be working just fine.

Rear sight rattles loose about every 150 rounds. I'm about ready to slobber some JB Weld on it 😉.
