Finally jumped in a bought a bottom feeder... my single actions are all
growling  Got this from a forum member last week and it is a Talo
special edition with "Brushed Chrome" slide and barrel. Catalog number on
the box says LCP-CH

Shot about a 100 rounds through it yesterday with a mix of factory and
some handloads.. all thru the chrono with the following results... and
NO malfunctions at all.

Fiocchi 90g hard ball at 735 fps
Blazer 90g hard ball at 745 fps
Hornaday XTP personal defense at 950 fps (snappy recoil)

3.2g W-231 with 90g XTP at 745 fps
3.4g """""""""""""""""""" at 800 fps
3.6g """""""""""""""""""" at 915 fps

The last load is .1g over max but the Speer book calls for max of 4.0g
on their 90g HP. Handloads were all reloaded Fiocchi & Blazer brass.. we
found about 85 out of 100... in 12" of snow  I'm real happy with it
and I did lube up the slide real good and polished the feed ramp with
some flitz and the dremel felt cone.. (about 30 seconds) prior to firing.
All shooting was done at 10 yds .. now I need to work on hitting the
target  thats one short little barrel ! For $329 Its a lot of fun ...
Thanks Mike.

Forget the sights. Get a Crimson Trace laser sight. When used in self-defense, there's often no time to line up sights. With the laser, just spot and squeeze.

These were all over the place at a gun show this weekend. First time I've seen them, very nice. I see I'm gonna have to get another LCP :p
