LC Carbine 25 Round mags?

I apologize in advance if this topic has already come up, but does anyone know anything about the "apparently mythical" 25-round mags for the LC carbine?

But Ruger sells the Tandem Kross +5 extended base-plates on Shopruger.com

I used their 20% discount to buy some for mine.
