cbnutt...just researched this gun a little more...your gun is the latest cleanup gun I've noted, leaving in 2002/2003 (your fired cartridge case envelope will have a born-on-date)...its the only 48- gun in my notes.
Ruger must have found some .41 Mag. cylinders laying there.

Nice, I've got one just like it and it's a great gun.
