I made this post in another thread on this auction.
Read the terms and conditions and you may decide not to bid; in addition to sales tax, high shipping and insurance costs, the buyers' premium can be as high as 26%. The return policy allows returns for "major discrepancies" having a "major effect on value." However, notice of any discrepancy must be made within 30 days of auction close. The kicker is that it may take three weeks to ship after payment clears and all documentation is received. It seems unlikely that a successful bidder will have the item in time to lodge a complaint about a major discrepancy.
I very much doubt they have anything I could want badly enough to put up with Poulin's terms and conditions.

Jimbo, the cash/wire fee was 18.5%, plus sales tax, plus shipping, plus maybe your FFL fee. I was estimating a 30% adder when I bid. A little more on lower cost items. For a $500 bid you would be close to $700 by the time you get it.

Now I can answer my question definitively. For a $475 item I purchased the cost to me is $691 with change. including my cost for FFL fees the percentage of increase for me to get it in hand is 49%. So if you buy from one of the auctions figure on 50% markup from your bid price, I didn't think it would be that high, but I will be aware of it going forward.
