Is this a good price on a 10/22 Mag?

Hello all,

Stopped by my local Gun shop today and he had a 10/22 mag listed for $279. It had a Walnut stock and crinkle finish receiver. Didn't ask, but looked new to me. Anyway, is this a good, great or average price?

10/22 Magnums did not come with krinkle finished receivers, nor walnut stocks.

You may have mis-read the tag, or they mis-marked it... if it is indeed a 10/22M, then it has a non-factory finish... look it over very carefully.

$279 would be an excellent price for a 10/22M... even refinished.

Yup is was a DSP 2009 model. My eyes must've been playin with me that day. :?
