I think the Security-Six marked Sturm Ruger's first attempt to enter the double-action revolver mark

Well, trying to pick just one of something,, is like trying to pick a favorite child. Each one is unique & different. And as they grow into adults, each one can choose a life path that is totally different from a sibling. Yet all can be very productive & do good things.
Same with guns. Each one has different purposes,, and can perform specific tasks.
Trying to pick just one,, ain't gonna happen. :D

It would be a hard choice between my 3 screw Blackhawk In 6.5" .357, or my 10/22 sporter. Probably the Blackhawk would win out. But dang why just one 😞

Now the GP100 is a favorite revolver and for obvious reason my sentimental favorite that will in time go to nobody except my niece or nephew, but if I could add a rifle it would be this one:

My husband already had a Colt AR but after Parkland we decided to add one for me as a his and hers. The AR556 is a great little rifle and tons of fun.
