I have a faux coquina stone birdbath made of some kind of white cement and over the years (35+) it's developed fissures and leaks. The birds and other wildlife (such as they are in south Florida) use it a lot and I'd like to get it water tight again.

In the 80's Home Depot had a white hydraullic cement that I made a fish pond out of but I checked both them and Lowes and nothing like it is available today.

Any ideas? I do not want to use silicone but failing finding an underwater concrete patch I'lll try Marine Tex epoxy.

I don't want to use silicone so I'm looking for a type of underwater grout or hydraulic cement in white.

This will stop the leaks.
Problem is that it is grey and it sets up fast.
Maybe you can turn the bird bath over and coat the bottom.
I use this all the time.
Another good repair would be an anchoring epoxy. It comes in tubes for a caulking gun.
That is also grey in color , but will actually glue it back together better than anything else.
