About a year ago O got a 30 day jail sentence on the Marlin Owners Forum for violating one of their rules. I asked what rule did I violate? Crickets. After the 30 days was up I asked gain. Placed in jail for 6 months. After the 6 months was up I asked one more time, what did I do. More crickets. I decided what they could do with their forum, one which it had been a member for over ten years. I told them so in no uncertain way what thought of their chicken crap attitude and didn't spare the four letter words. I told them they could ban be because i just banned them. Not a big Marlin fan anyway.

And I still can't remember what I posted that upset that mod. 
At Marlin owners if you dare to disagree with the owner you're gone. He is pretty much the definition of Net Nazi.

Took until page four to have that forum called out by name (I didn't use their name) but you have very closely mirrored my experience. Took a comment way out of context for a month ban. Second time was rebutting an insulting post directed at me ... and that got me six months. Original offender got nothing I believe. Never went back.
I don't know which one is the owner but I do know the guy with IQ of 46 was the one always picking on me and taking my comments so far out of context I never understood some of his warnings. When I tried to ask, I got no response. They decide who they like and who they don't. If you're on the don't list, they sit and wait for something to jump on. There's at least one MOF mod here semi-regularly so I will stop there.
Sad really.
You're worried that a mod from another site will read disparaging comments here? Why?

Some places are just to sensitive. FB hits me with stupid stuff. Most are removing a post and I get a month off. Got a few of those. But they never show what it was, and no way to contact them to understand what it was. Another was a copywrite violation on.an item from the internet! Then there are the ones I get from FB. It was ok then! Last one came up. Was fromeva post 8 mths ago 
Some moderators are so full of it I'm surprised they can even get off the pot!on another forum because I made some so called 'unacceptable comments' about the influx of violent criminals entering the US illegally.
The moderator made a derogatory comment before deleting the 'unacceptable' portion of my post. Unfortunately, I don't even remember what I said. Not the first time I've been chastised for stating the obvious.

I got banned sometime in 2012 at Accurate Reloading. Seems eveyone on the political page was trshing Obama who was running for his second term. When asked how I felt about him, I didn't hold back but still what I said wasn't all the extreme. t wasn't a full minute later I was informed that my account was permanently suspended. Guess I hurt poor little Walter's feelings. Tried to sneak back in a few times but no such luck. Too bad in a way as I was pretty active in several rooms, especially the Single Shot forum. Their loss as far as I'm concerned. I go and lurk every once in a while and feel being banned was their loss, not mine.

Just wondering why people don't correct their own. Just wondering why some people don't care enough to spell correctly but get upset when others do it for them. People need to act like they have sense more often than they do.
Not bothering to go back and look, but are the vocabulary/ grammar police back?
Sometimes folks miss spells a word. Sometimes autocorrect miss spells a word. Some times people misspell words and use incorrect grammar because they just do. Some times the misspel, and use in correct grammar because they want to irritate the english police
I think there are a few miss takes so far.

Spelling Nazis are a pain in the ass, I like correct grammar just like most people do but I hate when someone thinks they're superior.
That goes for punctuation Nazis also!

There are people here who do that, and correck yer diction, too. Irritatin, once ah gets passt bein amused.
I find myself getting annoyed at the spelling in my posts sometimes. Usually it isn't because I don't know how to spell. It is because I have fat fingers & am lousy at typing. I don't get the point in correcting others spelling mistakes though.
