How do you remove chatter/clean up a forcing cone?

How do you pollish up a FC without spending a bunch of money?

Most folks use a forcing cone tool to both clean one up or to change the angle a little. There aren't any real "cheap" methods of doing this as you need to keep things 'square" when working on it. The chamfering tool with the correct pilot & all is the only way to go & not screw it up.
