I recently ran across a short barreled Redhawk in 41 mag. I checked the barrel length with a yardstick and it looked to be 4 1/4" and I wondered if the barrel hand been cut down. I checked the Blue Book and it said some 4.2 inch Redhawks had been produced, but it wasn't clear that 41 mags had been produced in that barrel length. I had never seen a Redhawk in this barrel length. How common is this gun and what is its approximate value??? It is in about 95% condition but no box, gun only. Thanks for any input!

Thanks hittman, I wasn't bright enough to check the obvious! Yep that Davidson's exclusive looks like the gun. I didn't realize they were still in production since you see so few 41 mags anymore. Does anyone know about how many guns are produced when one of these "exclusives" are produced????

I could be wrong but I think Ruger requires a minimum of 500 units.
