How abusive, if any, is a steady diet of Velocitor ammo?

When I shoot this stuff in a 10/22, there is definately a louder clunk when the bolt opens. Also, the cases eject a little farther out. I see that Ruger specifically approves it's use in the new owners manuals but wonder what parts might wear faster after many thousands of rounds of it. Is installing a synthetic recoil buffer the only thing I need to do?

ACTUALLY, you need do nothing !!! If or when you wear out that 22 carbine, you will be an old gray haired fart of a geezer, you walk over to the trash can, toss it is, and find your truck keys to drive to the gun store and buy a new one.

Just for info, I e-mailed CCI about Velocitor pressure and it is the same as their standard long rifle according to them. I'm shooting it in my MKIII but would like to use it in my H & R 999 top break.

If the clunk bugs ya, pick up a yellow jacket bolt buffer.
