Steve: Do you have 26016 lettered as a BKH-40? If so it would be the highest BKH-40 known and would probably represent a "clean-up" of the model since the last known "block" of 10" guns ends at about 24088.
Also, 26017 is in my notes as a BKH-47, but don't know where it is (probably saw it at a gun show of an unknown dealer).
I wonder who will be the first to pair up a 7-1/2" and 10" .44??? Should be a few possibilities of that out there.

Radical:
18698 was in the possession of Jim Dillon in Alabama. You might check with BH in Florida as I believe he has most of Dillon's old collection.
Also 23816 I believe was in the notes of JM in Pennsylvania, so he might be able to put a name with it.

24032, boxed with stags.
And an interesting story for everybody. This was one of the originals purchased by DH of Iowa in the early 1960's while he was doing duty at Fort Hood Texas. It was purchased from a PX in Fort Hood and there were two there at the time. Unbeknownst for at least two decades, the other gun in that PX was purchased by another well known Ruger collector (LN of Texas who likes Number 1's) who was also doing duty at that time at Fort Hood. Last I heard, LN also still has his in its original box as well.
