I have a Hornet trigger ass'y in a 10/22 with the "optional" trigger with the adjustable overtravel screw.... I also have a 10/22 with a Volquartsen trigger, hammer, & sear installed in the Ruger housing.
Darn hard to tell the difference between them. The $$$ were about the same, the VQ was more work to install (the Hornet was a drop-in, pre-assembled trigger housing assembly), and the Hornet had an extended mag release and the bolt release feature built in.
I highly recommend the Hornet.
