Hornady FTX 45 LC ok in my New Vaquero?

It's been nice to see more ammo on the shelves lately.

I walked into Pro Bass today and found Hornady leverlution FTX 45 LC in boxes of 20.

460 foot-pounds and 225 grain.

I did a web search and supposedly Hornady made this for hunting ammo for use in SAA 1873's. But I wanted to check here before buying.

Is the FTX 45 ok to shoot in my New Vaquero?

I haven't ever blown up a gun and don't want to start now. 460 ft-pds does seem a tad warm.

Yes that load would be safe in the New Vaquero.
