After action report:

Tough hombre, but finally took him out. Had to drag him out of the woods.

Weapon and ammo:

Ruger LC45 Carbine, Hornady Critical Duty, Holosun 510C (circle reticle), Bipod.
 
"Had to drag him out of the woods." You dragged him OUT OF THE WOODS? o_O
I grabbed the 9" rimfire AR from work bench, double timed out to the yard gate, and fired 3 shots at the 8" swinger 115 yards away. Three PFFTTT's and three 'clinks' and no one but me knew I'd fired a shot.;)

It's all just make believe, isn't it. ;)

 
I see you got part of his ear too. Just the 'hangy down part' like they wanted to do to Festus.

I was aiming for his nose. The next couple shots were also to the left, so had to tweak the windage a bit for the remainder. The 65moa circle reticle also doesn't lend to itself to precision aiming, but it's good enough for practical use.
