HiViz sight for the LCR

Has anyone tried the HiViz sight for the LCR? I'm curious if it is effective, changes the POA, is easy to install AND remove (ie, not glued in place).

That's a 2-page set, I think Hi Viz mentioned on 2nd page. Perhaps that poster with experience may be of help.
