Higher front sight for ROA

When shooting conicals out of my ROA they would impact 6" high even witht he rear sight screwed as low as possible. Just to satisfy my curiosity I called Rguer and asked them if they made higher front sight for the ROA. The young lady I spoke with said that they have higher front sights for the NMBH and that it should fit the ROA (I have adjustable sights on the ROA). I placed the order on Monday and got the front sight TODAY. May not seem like a big deal to some of you but I live in Hawaii!

Kudos to Ruger Customer Service and for anyone who needs a higher front sight they have them in stock.

I'm guessing your Old Army is the stainless steel version.......

Ruger's tallest sight blade is on the 4-5/8" .45 Colt cal. Blackhawks. I have those sights on several of my shooters.
