Awhile back (maybe quite awhile ) I ordered a set of grips for my Super Blackhawk. They were Redwood burl. I took the grips off to have some work done on the gun and guess what, I can't find the grip screw. The bad part, yes there's more, I don't remember who I ordered the grips from so I am in need of a grip screw. Nothing I have fits.

I have a few spares. If you can identify the threads and length needed, I will see if I have one.

Another idea is to take the grips to your local hardware store....find the screw you need...usually Ace Hardware has individual screws by the thousands ...well maybe hundreds.

I needed a grip screw for mine. Went to ACE, found a brass machine screw that was thread compatible. Get a few that are longer than needed, put the screw in a drill and spin the head on a file till it fits the ferrule. Then cut it to length after a fit.

I don't know what size or thread it is but I really need a screw for an old pair of grips that I bought with no screw . The grips are Ajax # 31 for a XR3-RED frame , and the screw needs to be 1 inch long . if you think you have something that will work let me know & I will gladly buy it from you .
Thank you Sir,
JB
