Did Ruger have a factory stag grip and if so did it have the Ruger emblem installed in them?
Stay strong. You shared good information with him. He just has to absorb it.I have been in a few back and forth emails with this person and he will NOT believe me when I tell him that Ruger never made a 'flat top' Single Six and that the grips are NOT factory. I finally sent him a photo of a flat top Blackhawk and told him that THAT was a 'flat top'. Lets see if any changes occur on his posting on GB.
Just out of curiosity, how do you know the grips are not factory?I have been in a few back and forth emails with this person and he will NOT believe me when I tell him that Ruger never made a 'flat top' Single Six and that the grips are NOT factory. I was informed by flattop 44 that: "Yes and all had medallions in them. The grips could be purchased separately from the factory. I believe that they were $8.50." The grips shown have no medallion installed.Just out of curiosity, how do you know the grips are not factory?
Well, that explains it.I was informed by flattop 44 that: "Yes and all had medallions in them." The grips shown have no medallion installed."
