Found a square back blued grip frame with grips on e-bay.Ad says it's for a 357 but I thought they only came on supers with 7 1/2" or more barrels.Anyway,is this a PayPal no no?As bad as I dislike the Pal,that's probably the only way to pay.One day left and bid is only $56.00.Seller has good feedback but has not answered my question after two days. Thanks

Put a sq back on my 4 5/8" super and thought about this one for my 5 1/2".Just not sure if this falls under PayPals list of no's.I assume this is off a new model?Last grip frame I bought came from Gunbroker and was $100.00 with no grips included.

Any part not required for firing a gun is allowed. Basically grips and grip frames are about the only thing allowed on ebay any more. PayPal doesn't care (same company though), just ebay.

PVT schultz I do have a slighly differing opinion of Ebay. I had an account for years I put some of the grips i made up for sale they were pulled I recieved a notice saying that I could not sell them there. I then contacted Ebay and showed them ads for a huge amount of grips for sale. I was told it wasn't the same thing. I never did get my posting fees returned and have told them where they can stick there account.
Now I understand it is there site and their rules. But I do not agree with how one person can sell an item but they will not allow another to sell the same item.

Ebay uses to be good, now it is much less so.

However, if you find something you like, and can get it at a good price then that's a good thing!

I hope you get it!

But secretly I think you are the seller and this was a very clever way to get the price up higher!!!!

I don't really think you are the seller, but if you wanted to alert likely buyers to this item you have done so.

Don't worry, I won't bid on it. If you get it and it doesn't work for you, sell it here. I'd pay 100.00 for one.

I'm not the seller as I do not know how to post pictures,or text message for that matter so would have no idea how to sell on e-bay.I do have a license in the constuction industry and have to take courses each year to keep up my license and do this on the computer. They execpt Paypal only so that's my concern over this.I wished he would have put this on Gunbroker instead.Luck to anybody as I probably won't bid.Paypal says no "frame".His add is for trigger guard but technically is a grip frame.

i think the problem is , more than one person makes that decision-
i had been looking for a telescoping stock for an ar for a while - everytime i bid on one, 2 days later the auction gets cancelled- yet they will let a folding stock for a mini-14 or a 10-22 stay on until the end-
makes no sense-

I'm really suprised that they pulled your listing; I have never had any issues with my listings being pulled. There was another seller on ebay for a long time with the handle of Skeeter something or another. I'm not sure what happened to him, but I know that they gave him some grief on occasion. They really chapped my ass when they quit allowing money orders as a form of payment. I have been getting a lot more traffic at my web site as of late so I'll probably start listing all of my grips there and then on here. They were a nice outlet to get started, but dealing with them any more has become a huge pain in the ass. I'm not sure that GunBroker will get enough traffic to be effective, but it might be worth a shot.

The ebay seller is not allowed to say that they will accept anything but paypal in the ebay auction. But almost any seller will accept a MO, especially a postal money. Ask the seller if he will. I always do because then I don't have to pay the paypal fee! If a potential buyer asks if I accept a MO, i answer yes then post the question on the auction so everyone can see!

I wouldn't buy anything on Ebay if the seller wouldn't respond to your questions. That would be a Red Flag for me.
