GP100 Trigger Guard Latch Pin

Hello Ruger Forum members, new guy here, and I have a question on the GP100 Trigger Guard Latch Pin. Has anyone replaced the Trigger Guard Latch Spring and what is the size of the latch pin? I guess I could order a new one and check it, but takes a week to ten days! I don't want to modify a pin punches unless I have to.

If you press in on the latch, you can probably push the retaining pin out with a paper clip. It's not in tight. The pressure from the latch spring holds it in place.

Thanks for the suggestion, will give it try; guess I was trying to make a big job out of it!
