GP100 rattles

I bought a police trade GP100. After cleaning it, I noticed that something now rattles when I shake it (hammer down). I believe it is the transfer bar, or something connected to it. When I thumb back the hammer, press the bar against the firing pin and shake the pistol, I no longer hear the rattle.

Is this normal?

The bar does move, so you're gonna hear some sound, like a clicking when you shake it front to rear...You shouldn't hear anything when you do side to side...

The transfer bar & the ejector rod may rattle at times.

Yep.... Transfer Bar. Nothing to worry about.

Thanks...I guess I just got use to how quiet it was before I cleaned all the gunk out of it.
