Took it along with me to my range hoping I might get time to shoot it as time flies down there when working on things.
Well about 4:30 PM rolled around and it WAS time to quit and shoot.
Was great to hit the 8 inch plate from 40 yds. with the Birds Head NV with it's short 3 3/4 barrel.
A sweet shootin' keeper it is!
I was shooting my 230 gr. hard cast loaded with 6.0 gr. of Unique.

Isn't it fun having your own range???

Yes it is when either coming up with some kind of improvement project or just enjoying
plinking with a couple of favorite guns.

I have to say, that the .45 ACP in a revolver using cast bullets is one of my favorites. Pleasant to shoot and decent power all rolled into one!

I forgot to bring along my little .45 Specials I loaded just for it....255 gr. plated Colt .45 bullets in the .45 Cowboy Special brass.
