I used to wish for this too until the 1911 cmd Ruger came out. I suspect the magazine capacity would be very similar to any hypothetical SR45c assuming it maintained the other SR compact's dimensions.
Unless you are just completely opposed to the 1911 manual of arms, and I know some people are, but not enough of them I think to justify a new product line from Ruger I suspect. At the end of the day you will probably have the same about amount of rounds of .45acp only in a striker fire design that will probably be thicker but slightly shorter than that of any 1911 width profile.
I feel that the SR1911 CMD may have killed any chance of a SR45c appearing in the future.
