A few months ago, I got a "sale" e-flyer from TargetSportsUSA offering me the fabulous price of $69.99 for 500 rounds of THUNDERBOLT .22LR. I sent them a nice note calling them robber barons and declined their generous sale.
Then a few months later, another e-flyer with a price (if I recall correctly) of about $55 =/- per 500 rounds of THUNDERBOLT.... I send the a nice note telling them to call me when they get to $20.
Yesterday, the latest offer from them was $44.99........ I sent them a nice note saying that they are "getting there" and to let me know when they get to $30; and that I would still not buy at that price, but I'm just watching the market for a friend
Another couple of years, and I may be back in the market ...until then DON'T BUY.

Thunderbolts have always been a bit of an issue in my guns. Too waxy,, dirty or even mis-fires. I tend to avoid them.

BTW, how are you doing at scaring Big Oil into getting us back to 95 cent gas so we can afford a few range trips with our bargain ammo?
