Getting the Easter meal together and thought I'd share my 'sixshot' cast iron skillet rolls. They're a favorite for the young and old alike !

Care to say how those are made? I'm developing a sourdough starter currently and hope to be cooking up some type of sourdough bread or biscuits in my Dutch oven soon. Great pics - thanks for sharing.

It makes me think of Robert Duval in Lonesome Dove when he sat out bake at the ranch house makin biscuits in the morning. MM good thanks for sharing

gulfdaddy, that's exactly where I got the idea from ! The recipe is actually for 'sixshots' bread recipe. I simply rolled into balls, and made rolls.

I am thinking a careful slicing across them all and a 2 pound hamburger patty thrown in between add swiss cheese, dill pickles, mustard, tomatos, red onions and lettuce, yumm.
