FS: Marlin 1894 Cowboy Limited 45 Colt, JM Marked, XS Sights

Have had this one in the safe for too many years without firing it, its time to find it a new home.

Marlin 1894 Cowboy Limited
.45 Colt
Stock fitted with an NECG 1/2" red recoil pad, LOP 13.5"
Gun fitted with XS sights, ghost ring rear and white-line blade front. Rear sight dovetail filled.
Front and rear sling swivels

This is an older Marlin; I bought it used in 2009, so it is definitely not a Cerberus/Remington gun. Barrel is JM marked.

Price is $850 shipped in a plastic hard case via FedEx ground. The rifle will ship from an FFL. Not interested in any trades at this time.

Do you have the original rear sight and butt pad?

I don't have the rear sight, but I may have the plastic butt plate around here somewhere. If I can find it I'll update the ad.

I looked and could not find the original buttplate.

Was the recoil pad just added to the original stock, or was the stock shortened to leave it the same OAL?

I'm not sure, I had the pad installed by a gunsmith and asked for a 13.5" LOP. Not sure if he had to cut the stock to get to that measurement with the 1/2" recoil pad or not.
