I am looking for a pair of Past shooting gloves like the one in the picture. I bought mine in the early 90's and have lost the left-hand glove. I am interested in finding another pair or a similar pair. I got to have them these days when shooting my large caliber revolvers.

PAST Recoil Protection I believe was purchased by Battenfield/Caldwell. The product line was shrunk considerably, and I don't think they make the gloves anymore just shoulder recoil pads.

Most places that advertise PAST gloves like post #2 will be "discontinued" or "not available".

Everywhere says out of stock/discontinued. The ones I had on the left glove the middle finger extended past the middle finger joint, and it kept my 454 from banging up that finger. I could get some workout gloves, but most have short fingers. Most of the bike gloves have minimal or no padding, Maybe I can find some. I found a similar pair on an auction site and tried to buy them, but it said "seller is taking a brake" when I tried to buy.

Another source/option might be "anti-vibration" gloves, designed for use w/power tools. Maybe something like these:

A buddy was regularly getting tingling in his hands/forearms, from extensive weed-whipping on his acreage. Fearing that he was doing cumulative permanent nerve damage, I bought him a set of anti-vibration gloves.

He started singing their praises immediately after their first use, and has been using them ever since... They MIGHT help absorb recoil, I don't know.

Again, no personal experience/NDIH. Good luck! đź‘Ť

EDIT: I'M NOT AN AMAZON ASSOCIATE, AND DON'T GET A NICKEL! 🤨

I used handball gloves for quite awhile, but they are not common. When they wore out I switched to baseball gloves, but I was much younger then. Actually this was before PAST even came out.
