You know... Watching the cholesterol. What, only ONE egg?
BUT < MOST of the bacon you find in the markets these days seems to be about 75-80% FAT ; If I wanted "pig fat" I would buy a bucket of lard !!
I understand. Some folks are born with disabilities, and you have my sympathy -- and never-ending thanks for your share of the bacon, which I will eat...I’ll go out on a limb and say I really don’t care for bacon that much.
Same for the wife. Like samual Jackson in Pulp Fiction, we just “don’t dig on swine.”
Yep Kevin gets one too. He comes in secondI’ll go out on a limb and say I really don’t care for bacon that much.

the only thing wrong with that meal is the eggs need to be cooked just a tad more >> for me any waysSteak and eggs with shredded hash browns and rye toast is a fair substitute for bacon and eggs. The local diner here deep fries their bacon and finishes it on the grill. The cup is mine and many of the regular patrons have their own coffee cups there.
