Finally joined

I have followed and read things on the forum for years, but had a few questions I wanted to ask. I still have my first Ruger. It is an Alpha dated Bearcat my father gave me on my 16th birthday. God willing, at my birthday next month I will be 70.

Welcome to the forum, my first Ruger was an um, um, something. It's been so long ago, that I am fuzzy on what it was. But I remember when it was.

It's been 40 years or so, since I bought my first one. And if I think about too much, I will drift off into the distant past.

Once I got my first one, I got at least 4 more Rugers. And I got them over a long time span.
