Seems the Square Body GM pickups are the hotness right now. They are in high demand from the resto-rodders and collector types.
I recently sold an 86 short bed 4x4, nothing primo but solid. A guy wanted it & I made him wait before I priced it.

Got to checking around & realized it was worth about 30% more than I thought it was. I gave him the price & he handed it to me.

An end of an era for as I've driven square bodies since 78, & this was likely my last. But all things have to end sooner or later.

I was at Hot August Nights a couple of weeks ago. The most popular car that most drove was a '55 Chevy. For the second year in a row, I did not see a '59 Chevy Impala, my fave.

Wasn't is Mecum that sold Steve McQueen's Mustang for over 3 million that was driven in the movie "Bullitt" back in 68? I recall the car was purchased by the sellers dad for short money and the son kept the letter from Steve McQueen wanting to buy it back. Good he held onto that mustang!!

Yes It sold for $3,740,000 in 2020 making it the highest priced Mustang.
