I was looking at a couple of different web sites when I came across a SA 357 Blackhawk 6.5 blued.its NIB with box and papers asking $449. Is this a fair price? thanks for any info, Dusterman

Not a bad price... you could do better... go on some of the auction sights too... it will give you some more comparisons.

I have a used (no box) 4 3/4" stainless on lay-a-way for $299.00... didn't really need it but I figured at that price, what the heck.

If you are patient you can get a used new model 357 for $225.00 to $250.00. I sold my new model for $226.00 on gunbroker. Probably should have kept it. The best revolver I ever had for a steady diet of 357 magnums.

Good luck
