The nurses told me that chemo would make me feel like I had the flu. They were right.

When Nita and I joined EastSide Baptist Church in 1991, we joined the Victory Sunday School Class shortly after. It was then in a state of transition and a class meeting was held. I was nominated, and elected, as class president. Later there was a resolution that I woold be permanent president. Now, with things being as they are regarding my health, I feel it is time to step down. So tomorrow morning, I will submit my resignation.

When I was a young man, my seniors (at work etc) told me: "You'll know when it's time......".
They were correct; and I never had a doubt, fear, or hesitation when I knew "it was time".
Easy Peasy (for ME to say);)

Jack is right, keep the protein going into your body. My wife was given 3-4 months in January, she hadn't eaten since Christmas. In January she was down to 114 pounds, in the last month she has started eating regular amounts of food, some of her strength is back she is at 119 pounds, we are at the end of March things are going well. We have been fighting cancer for 5 years.

Sorry to hear that Bob, replace it though with something you will enjoy. About ten years ago I was a scuba diver, scuba instructor and 18 years on Sheriff's Dept Dive Team. Docs found a spot on my lung that stopped all diving. Had to sell ALL my diving gear. The upside, I walked away with $28,000 after the sale. Oh yeah, I had a lot of dive gear. I now hunt, shoot and fish year round and swim everyday. Gotta keep moving. Good luck to you.
