Hello,
I bought a used p89. I took it to the range before I bought it and it shoot great. After purchasing it I took it to my local gun shop to get cleaned & serviced because I had a problem removing the slide. Anyway, The shop was not able to remove the slide so they shipped it to Ruger Service center in Prescott, AZ. Here is the letter I received back from Ruger:
I am at a loss on what to do. I bought the P89 because I read that it was a good, sturdy and almost indestructible gun and that Ruger was a very reliable company. Upon receiving this letter I do not know if I can trust paying more money towards another Ruger product at any price. Why should I pay more money (of which I do not have) towards a Ruger? What would you do?
